Checking…

To connect Keytrail for Gmail, get a code and paste it into the side panel’s Settings. A code works once, within ten minutes.

Calendar, Drive and email

Where Keytrail puts your deal dates, folders and mail. Saving checks that Keytrail can open the calendar and the folder in your Google account.

Calendar

Choose one of your calendars, or make a Keytrail calendar so deal dates can be shown or hidden together.

Reminder timing
Drive

Where each deal gets its own folder. Leave it blank to use a Clients folder at the top of My Drive.

Email sorting

Dashboard layout

Your dashboard's sections, top to bottom. Move them with the arrows, and untick the ones you do not use. The Chrome side panel follows the same order for Today, New client forms and Transactions.

Client page details

Shown on the page a client link opens, so your client can call, text or email you. Leave a field blank to hide it.

A headshot, shown beside your name on client pages. Without one, your initials show.

Brokerage split

The split new deals start with, so what you keep is worked out without entering it every time. A deal can still have its own.

% of the commission, less a fee of $ per deal

Commission cap

If your brokerage stops taking its share once it has been paid a set amount in a year, enter it here. The Income card then counts each closing toward the cap, in date order, and shows you keeping 100% once it is reached. Per-deal fees still apply.

Deadline email

A short email of what is overdue and what is coming up across your open deals: addresses, dates and what is due, never client names or prices. Nothing is sent on a day with nothing due.

Email drafts at milestones

Keytrail prepares a Gmail draft to your client when an offer is accepted, when a deal goes firm, a week before closing, and when it closes. Nothing is sent: each one waits in your Gmail Drafts for you to read, change and send. It is addressed to the client when their contact on the Contacts page has an email.

Download your data

Everything the dashboard holds for you, as a JSON file you keep: your deals with their dates, notes and showings, expenses, contacts, every client form with its answers, your buyer files and their offers, and your settings and email wording. It never includes your access key, any share-link token or your form links' code.

Delete your account

This permanently removes, from this dashboard:

  • your transactions and their dates;
  • client share links, which stop working immediately;
  • the connection to your Google account (Keytrail's access is withdrawn at Google), or to your Apps Script project and its dashboard token;
  • your sign-in, on every device.

It does not touch anything in your own accounts: Gmail labels and filters, Drive folders, Calendar events, and any Apps Script project of yours stay exactly as they are. To remove an Apps Script project too, delete it from your Google account.

There is no undo. Download your data first if you might want it.
